“I started with Lasagna Love back in September of this year after I saw the story run on The TODAY Show. Rhiannon Menn started it back in March in her kitchen when the pandemic started because she wanted to help her family, friends, neighbors who were losing their jobs and/or exposed to Covid. Prior to The TODAY show, there were about 300 Lasagna Mamas nationwide. Now there are over 2000 of us.
