These books are our favorites during this time of year. I keep them in a basket in the living room so the kids can choose a book each day to read.
Before Kingwood Moms I was an Elementary Teacher. We would learn about Christmas Around the World or read a different Holiday related book every day and do something fun to go along with it.

I have put a few fun activity ideas for the whole family to do that go along with some of the books. Pinterest for the win! Another great website for fun (sometimes free things is TPT- Teachers Pay Teachers. It is a website where teachers create fun, themed activites and make extra money). I used TPT all the time when I was teaching and I still use it today for activites at home. If you are looking for something fun over the Holiday break to keep the kiddos busy these are great things to do together.
