Lettuce Wrap Sandwich-Against All Grain
This is my go to, for lunch for dinner, snack. It is so easy. You can throw in whatever you have leftover.
Sometimes I overstuff my sandwich and use it as leftovers for the next meal.

Another quick meal of mine is diced sweet potatoes, or you can use regular potatoes, Mix with Chicken Sausage and peppers.
Served with Green Beans or even a salad.
