Today I am happy to introduce, the Head Trainer – Ryan Romaker (35) – Born and raised in Wisconsin, Army veteran, fitness enthusiast, and German Shepherd dog dad! I love all things fitness, outdoors and traveling

I joined the Army – Airborne Infantry – at 19 and served 1 tour in Korea and 1 tour in Iraq. After 5 years, I was medically discharged from sustaining an illness overseas. After recovering in a Germany hospital with the incredible Wounded Warrior Project, fitness is what truly got me back on my feet.
I am also utilized my G. I. Bill and went to a trade school to become a fully certified welder to help my Brother build food carts from scratch. Follow @cagedcrowcustoms to see some of the carts I helped build.

My interest in fitness sparked at 16; I was a shy, skinny, and insecure teenager with nothing more than limited gym equipment in my parent’s basement. Once I started seeing and feeling the results… the obsession was sparked. So I became a trainer to help others feel the confidence fitness has brought to my life and that’s what burn is all about. It’s about getting you to do things you never thought possible and giving you the confidence to take on this wild ride we call life.
