Yoga and Beyond @ Mercer Botanic Gardens
10:30 AM-11:30 AM
Individuals and families can join registered yoga instructor, Delyla Ovalle-Bowyer (RYT200), for this unique experience in the natural setting of Mercer Botanic Gardens. Enjoy a comfortable garden space with openness and positivity. Delyla incorporates yoga and movement techniques with variations, meditation techniques, and more. Participants should bring a yoga mat or towel and water to stay hydrated. Yoga blocks and straps are also welcome but not required. Yoga classes are outside, so dress for the weather.
Registration is required.
Online registration begins at 9 a.m. 30 days prior to each class.
