KWFCAYB presents Kingwood GameDay featuring two FREE events: MLB Pitch Hit & Run competition and Jr. HR Derby. All kids between the ages of 4 – 14, regardless of team or league affiliation, are eligible to compete.In addition to the free competitions, we will have a day filled with fun activities for the young and young at heart, concessions, silent auction, and more. Proceeds from fundraisers will be used for improvements to the fields and facilities. It’s Yoga Time: Family Yoga in the Gardens

Gather the family and head to Mercer Botanic Gardens for some healthy yoga fun! This energetic, beginner yoga class led by registered yoga teacher Delyla Ovalle-Bowyer features individual poses and family-partner posesParticipants should bring a yoga mat or beach towel, and a water bottle. Yoga blocks and straps are optional. All ages are welcome. Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. This is an outdoor event, so participants should dress for the weather. Registration is required, as space is limited. Consult your physician before starting any exercise program.
