Owners Jerit & Sarah Pogue have been involved in gymnastics their entire lives and are committed to providing the community with the highest level of gymnastics programs for children of all ages. They have fostered a fun-loving family environment through a variety of programs.
Along with Jerit & Sarah, Justin & Emily James, General Managers of Alpha Omega Gymnastics & Dance, have also been involved in gymnastics their entire lives from competing to coaching. Justin is the Humble ISD Gymnastics Director and certified national judge. Emily started competing at a young age and continued through college at the University of Nebraska and even won several Big 12 titles, and was an NCAA All-American. Justin and Emily have a passion for coaching along with all the staff members at Alpha Omega.
Alpha Omega offers many programs for two months old to nineteen years old ranging from Mommy & Me classes, Gymnastics, Dance, Kids Ninja Warrior, and Tumbling programs.
