I am from Kingwood, I moved here in 9th grade, I consider this home.

I have a Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
What is your go-to activity for yourself for pampering or for fun?
Yoga and running are what I like to do myself.
Funniest shortcut/routine for helping you through parenthood?
Caffeine… And lots of prayer!
Are you involved in a business venture, a local organization, a creative endeavor, or in the corporate world? Please share!
Family Fitness is a workout group with your children. I love working out with my kids and showing my kids how to be healthy.

How has this community been instrumental in getting you to where you are now?
The community has been so supportive. Many people are willing to support each other when starting a business.
What is the best advice for juggling mommy hood and running a business (or volunteering, working, etc)?
Patience is a big one and a lot of grace. There will be moments when you are completely overwhelmed and you feel that you aren’t doing anything right, and you think you aren’t enough for your family or your business. And you are enough, for your family, for your business! If you opened your own business, your following your passion. It isn’t always going to be easy, but it’ll be worth it.
What would you tell the old “You” before you had kids?
Good Luck! You’re not really that tired!
What is your proudest mommy moment?
We go to church regularly, and I never know if it is sinking in or if they understand or care what is going on at church. But one day their teacher asked my older two what will they remember, and they both answered, “Our Baptism”. That moment made me really happy.
What is your favorite thing to do in the HKA area?
The parks, The bowling alley. We love all the parks!
