Kansas, we moved here in 2011, when my husband got out of the military. My husband grew up in Humble.

I met my husband on MySpace, and got married 8 months later.
What is your go-to activity for yourself for pampering or for fun?
Working out at Lifetime, Yoga.
Funniest shortcut/routine for helping you through parenthood?
When my kids are taking their baths, I am cleaning the bathroom at the same time.

I am an entrepreneur. I sell Young Living Oils and I am a registered and licensed Dietician, most of my meetings are virtual.
I am motivated to help people change. Katrina is a certified LEAP therapist, Certified Health & Wellness Coach. She also has a ton of knowledge about Young Living Essential Oils.
She also specializes in inflammatory conditions (IBS, Migraines, Fibromyalgia, ADHD, Osteo Arthritis & Rheumatoid Arthritis, Chronic Sinusitis, Eczema, and Auto-Immune Conditions and Type 2 Diabetes).
How has this community been instrumental in getting you to where you are now?
The community has been amazing as far as people recommending me to other people. The support that I felt is great.
What is the best advice for juggling mommyhood and running a business (or volunteering,working, etc)?
Time Management. Structure with Grace meaning flexible structure. I pray and read my bible by myself, I find if I don’t do that my day is more chaotic.
We do homeschool first in the morning. Gym. Lunch and Naps.
What would you tell the old “You” before you had kids?
You have so much time, start your business!
What is your proudest mommy moment?
Seeing my kids quote scripture and show love to one another.
What is your favorite thing to do in the HKA area?
We really like to go to the pool, we love having picnics outside, like in the driveway or the grass.
I love spending time with my kids.
