Realtor Guide 2021 | Kingwood Moms

Monica Humphrey

Monica Humphrey has been proudly helping clients buy, sell, and invest in Real Estate since 2016. She has wanted to be a Real Estate Agent since she graduated High School. Growing up moving every three years due to her father’s job at ExxonMobil, the first place she really considered “home” was Kingwood when her family settled there when she was in 7th grade. Monica attended Riverwood Middle School, the old Kingwood 9th Grade Campus, and Kingwood High School. Her husband graduated from Humble High School, and they are currently raising their three children in Eagle Springs in Atascocita.

Monica loves every aspect of Real Estate. The homes, her clients, the negotiation and contract writing process, and most importantly, being entrusted with one of the biggest decisions her clients will ever make. The years of moving growing up really piqued her interest in Real Estate and sparked her desire to help others through the process. Most recently, Monica has started her own team, Texas Charm Real Estate Group with Keller Williams Northeast.

When she’s not working or spending time with her family, Monica’s heart is for her community and volunteering is her love language. She has served on the Eagle Springs Elementary PTO for the past seven years, two of those years as President, and she’s currently a part of the Spirit Shop Committee.  Monica is serving her first year as a member on the PTA Board at Creekwood Middle School as the 1st VP Chair and oversees multiple committees. She’s part of the RENEW community, a substitute teacher for CCE at St. Martha’s Catholic Church in Kingwood, and most recently a member of the Board of Directors for the Humble ISD Education Foundation serving on the Humble Rodeo Committee, Gala Committee, and Grant Review. Her heart for community intertwines with her success in her Real Estate career. Her tagline, Your Friend – Your Neighbor – Your Realtor, is the essence of who Monica is both as a realtor and as a community member. Her friends, neighbors, and clients are the heart of her business. They are the reason she’s driven to work hard and make them proud. You can always count on Monica and Texas Charm Real Estate Group to be a proud community sponsor for different schools, groups, teams, and events in the area.

Lauren Price

Lauren Price is a long-time Kingwood resident and got licensed in 2015 after finding herself a newly single mother of two school-aged kiddos, Hope (now 16) and Preston (now 12). With her dedication and can-do attitude, she has been a top producer every year and won HAR’s Top 20 Under 40 award in 2019. Originally a Navy brat, Lauren has moved over 18 times in her life, so she has a unique understanding of the excitement and logistical challenges that come with a move. It’s her mission to bring a five star experience to each of her clients by providing immense industry knowledge, modern marketing strategies, and sharp negotiating tactics to each transaction. She is a leader among her peers while serving as a new agent mentor at her brokeage, participating in several advisory groups within her association, fighting for homeowner rights as a TREPAC major investor, and is a current President-Elect with Women’s Council of Real Estate Lake Houston Network. Lauren is an advocate of the communities she serves and devotes time to volunteering, philanthropy, and her community-focused blog: Hello Lake Houston. In her spare time, she enjoys hanging out with family and friends, traveling, and exploring Houston breweries with her hubby, Luke.

“Buy-Sell-Invest” Serving our community with all their real estate needs related to buying, selling, investing, leasing, land, and commercial properties!

Bio: At the very young age of ten years old, I was already helping my father build homes across the greater Houston area and surrounding outskirts, I have grown to familiarize myself with the real estate industry and grew up always wanting to do this as a child. From flipping my own, to helping investors, I bring a competitive advantage to those wanting to buy, sell, and invest. Besides loving real estate, my passion has always been helping others succeed by living a better life. I have been privileged to work alongside my community to better our world by participating in Junior Achievement, Dress For Success, Veterans Organizations, International Missions, and other Non-Profit organizations. My life goal is to help others have a better, brighter future by providing them with the tools and necessary information to make it into a reality. My life has been shaped on what I can do for others, and I continue to find ways to be of service and continue to help our next generation and by leaving a legacy that is built on integrity, hard work, and faith.

Hobbies: Love to fish, swim, run, ride trials, read, volunteer, and world missions!

Amanda Petree

I’m a native Houstonian who is passionate about family, traveling, food, wine, living a good life and finding the silver lining in every situation. My husband, a Captain for the Houston Fire Department, and I graduated from Humble High School and have lived in the Humble/Kingwood area for over 30 years. We have two elementary-aged sons, Jackson (10) and Charlie (8), who keep us on our toes.

I have a B.S. in Horticulture from Texas A&M, an M.Ed. in Education Administration from Lamar, and spent 10 years as an educator in Humble ISD. I decided to become a Realtor in 2016 in order to have more flexibility in my schedule for my family.

I am an active member of Partnership Lake Houston, Lake Houston Young Entrepreneurs and Professionals, and Leadership Lake Houston Alumni. I am a school board member at Holy Trinity Episcopal School as well as an ambassador for Including Kids Autism Center. I enjoy volunteering my time at events and serving on committees within these organizations and am currently the Chair for Party on The Green, a fundraiser for Partnership Lake Houston which will be held at The Clubs of Kingwood in September. When I’m not selling real estate or volunteering, you will more than likely find me gardening, reading, or completing DIY projects around my house.

While I negotiate and market homes, I am predominately in the business of helping people through transitions in their lives: getting married, having babies, empty nesting, relocating, or just needing a change. For someone to invite me into that process is an honor and I am aware that it requires trust in me and my skill set. It is a duty that I take very seriously and find quite satisfying. There is a very rewarding sense of fulfillment in finding my clients find their next home.

Team Petree is a group of dynamic individuals with a passion and commitment to helping people with their real estate needs. Our energy, expertise and enthusiasm guide us to strive for excellence in our collaborations with our clients and community. We think big, work hard and take pride in making every client feel like part of the family.

Jennifer Sheridan

Jennifer Sheridan is an upbeat and trustworthy realtor. She has lived in Northeast Houston for years, has students in the district, and formerly held a position at one of the local schools. She works with contagious enthusiasm. Her former co-workers boasts “Jennifer always had a smile on her face and never complained about a task to big to handle. Before the task was complete, I had a smile on my face, too.”
But don’t be put off by her cheery disposition; she is responsible, productive, and knowledgeable about the real estate industry. She will effectively coach you through the entire process of your transaction and make sure you are comfortable with each and every step.
Her goal as an agent is to work hard for you, develop life-long relationships, and to support the local community through programs that give back to the local schools all while helping you find your dream home.
